As a group we decided to look through different genres before making a decision about which one to pick. Luckily within the group there was a common interest of the social realist genre and sow e decided to base our opening sequence on this genre.

What is social realist?
This is a genre of film that tries to challenge / portray the contemporary socila issues of todays society. issues would include , drugs, sex, prostitution , class , race and political issues.
