What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?


I think that my media product would be distributed by independent distrubution companies such as 'Optimum Releasing' who work with other production companies to distributed films. The reason I think that nonindependent distrubtion companies would distribute my media product is because they normally work with a low budget because the films that they distribute have a limited audience.Optimum Releasing has also worked to distribute film such as ' This is England' which also focuses on raising awareness of social issues. Because of this i would say that independent dirtubutors would be the most ideal institutions to work with.
